SEXUAL WELLNESS
Sildenafil (Viagra)

Sildenafil is a phosphodiesterase (PDE) inhibitor used to treat male sexual function problems, particularly impotence or erectile dysfunction, or ED. It does so by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation to bring about and maintain an erection.

Tadalafil

Tadalafil treats erectile dysfunction (impotence) and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) symptoms, such as difficulty with urination in adult men. Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase (PDE) inhibitor. It treats erectile dysfunction by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation for the patient to achieve and maintain an erection.

P-Shot

If you struggle with erectile dysfunction (ED), the P-Shot (Priapus Shot) can help you achieve a firmer, stronger, and larger erection. The P-Shot uses PRP to rejuvenate the aged and damaged tissues in your penis.

  • Weak erection
  • Lack of sensitivity during intercourse
  • Lack in length and girth
  • Poor response to ED medications
  • Peyronie’s disease

O-Shot

The O-Shot offers women a revolution to sexual enhancement. The nonsurgical treatment uses platelet-rich plasma (PRP) derived from your own blood to stimulate the growth of new cells in your vagina walls and clitoris. The PRP growth factors increase your number of cells in the area, promoting sensitivity and stimulation.

PRP also increases the blood flow to your vagina, which improves your sex drive and orgasm. The O-Shot can also reduce issues with painful intercourse and urinary incontinence.

  • Low sex drive
  • Unable to achieve orgasm
  • Vaginal dryness
  • Vaginal laxity
  • Urinary incontinence
  • Overactive bladder
  • Pain during intercourse
  • Vaginal atrophy

HAIR GROWTH
Finasteride

Finasteride, sold under the brand name Propecia, treats hair loss in men. It belongs to a class of drugs known as 5-alpha-reductase inhibitors. It works by preventing testosterone from breaking down into DHT, the hormone thought to cause male pattern baldness.

Minoxidil

Minoxidil is a vasodilator that promotes hair growth by increasing blood flow in the scalp, relaxing the muscle walls of the blood vessels, and improving the tissue’s overall health through the easier flow of blood to your scalp and hair follicles. This vasodilating effect brings more nutrients and oxygen to your hair follicles, promoting growth and strengthening existing follicles.

Dutasteride

Dutasteride – brand name Avodart – is a prescription drug used for treating an enlarged prostate or benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). When the prostate is enlarged, it can squeeze the urethra (the tube that transports urine out of the body) and lead to problems with urination. Dutasteride helps to improve the flow of urine and reduces urinary frequency.

It is also known to block DHT (dihydrotestosterone). DHT often contributes to hair loss in men. The use of Dutasteride may improve male pattern baldness, increasing hair growth.

  • Improves urinary flow
  • Treats urinary urgency/frequency
  • Blocks DHT
  • Improve male pattern baldness

Nutrafol

Nutrafol is a multivitamin that is clinically proven to boost hair growth in men and women. Shedding or thinning hair may occur due to factors such as, poor nutrition, oxidative stress, inflammation, and hormone imbalance. The ingredients in Nutrafol target these underlying factors to promote hair growth from the inside out and support whole-body health. Marine collagen, Sensoril® ashwagandha, saw palmetto, and curcumin, are essential ingredients in Nutrafol.

  • Reduces scalp inflammation
  • Balances cortisol
  • Promotes hormone health
  • Improves sleep

HEALING, MUSCLE GROWTH, WEIGHT MANAGEMENT, OPTIMAL HEALTH
Omnitrope (Somatropin)

Omnitrope is a synthetic human growth hormone (HGH) often used by athletes to achieve accelerated recovery from injuries, increase muscle mass, increase physical strength, and activate the breakdown of body fat. It can also help patients with growth hormone deficiency (GHD).

IGF-1 (Insulin - like Growth Factor 1)

The liver produces IGF-1 to work in concert with insulin to determine what type of fuel the body uses at a given time. IGF-1 helps transfer glucose through cell membranes for growth and repair of muscle, nerve, and heart cells. Over time, if the liver becomes too fatty, production of IGF-1 suffers, putting more dependence on insulin, which can eventually lead to diabetes. Boosting the IGF-1 peptide keeps insulin balanced as well as providing a host of other benefits.

  • Reduced body fat with enhanced fat burning
  • Increased muscle mass and strength
  • Improved energy and physical stamina
  • Better sleep and lower incidence of insomnia
  • Enhanced cognitive function
  • Improved calcium retention and better bone density
  • Improved skin elasticity
  • Strengthened connective tissue and repair after injury

Danazol

Danazol is a synthetic androgenic hormone commonly used to treat endometriosis and fibrocystic breast disease. Danazol treats these conditions by suppressing the production of hormones.

Danazol is also an effective treatment for hereditary angioedema. Hereditary angioedema is a genetic disorder characterized by severe swelling that typically affects the face, intestinal tract, limbs, and airway. Danazol treats hereditary angioedema by increasing C1INH protein and C4 protein levels in the blood, helping to boost the immune system.

Danazol also suppresses sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG). SHBG binds to sex hormones (estrogen and testosterone) and regulates levels in the body. When SHBG levels are too high, it can adversely affect physical and emotional health.

  • Suppresses hormone production
  • Increases levels of C1INH and C4 proteins
  • Prevents attacks of acute hereditary angioedema

REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH
Clomiphene

Millions of women of reproductive age are affected by infertility. Clomiphene is an ovulatory stimulant that activates ovulation by blocking estrogen receptors. It is an oral medication that induces the ovarian follicles to produce and release multiple eggs.

Clomiphene stimulates the pituitary gland to increase the secretion of gonadotropins – follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH). These gonadotropins stimulate the gonads or reproductive organs.

Clomiphene is also used off-label to treat male infertility, as it causes an increase in the levels of LH and FSH in men. This results in an increase in sperm production and the secretion of testosterone.

  • Improves ovulation
  • Treats menstrual irregularities
  • Treats infertility in women
  • Increases progesterone levels

Tamoxifen

Tamoxifen (Nolvadex or Soltamox) is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) used to treat hormone receptor-positive breast cancer. The cells associated with this type of cancer have receptors for either estrogen or progesterone and use these hormones to multiply.

Tamoxifen attaches to the hormone receptors in the cancer cells and stops estrogen from connecting to the receptors. Therefore, the cancer cells are no longer able to grow.

Tamoxifen is also an effective treatment for male breast cancer. Most cases of breast cancer in males are hormone receptor-positive. Tamoxifen is usually prescribed as a post-surgical therapy for men to reduce the risk of cancer coming back.

  • Treats hormone receptor-positive breast cancer
  • Helps prevent breast cancer
  • Reduces the risk of cancer recurrence
  • Increases bone density after menopause

Anastrozole

Anastrozole, also known by the brand name Arimidex® is a drug approved for treating hormone-receptor-positive breast cancer in post-menopausal women. These cancer cells have receptors that make it possible for them to grow using naturally occurring hormones like estrogen and progesterone. Anastrozole is an aromatase inhibitor, so it restricts the amount of estrogen produced by the body.

Men on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) may experience an increase in estradiol, which is an estrogen hormone. Estrogen is a female hormone also produced by men but at much lower levels.

Since estradiol can be synthesized from testosterone, men on TRT may experience a spike in estrogen. Although estrogen plays a key role in bone and vascular health in men, elevated levels can lead to the enlargement of the breast tissue (gynecomastia) and fluid retention.

Anastrozole is sometimes given to men on TRT to block the production of estrogen.

  • Treats cancer in post-menopausal women
  • Reduces the risk of cancer spreading
  • Reduces the risk of cancer recurring
  • Blocks the production of estrogen in men

Gonadotropin - HCG (Pregnyl)

HCG stands for Human Chorionic Gonadotropin, a natural pregnancy hormone with a protein base that helps maintain important hormones like progesterone and estrogen, which are essential during pregnancy, particularly the first 3 months. More recently, HCG has been used for fat loss due to its effect on boosting metabolism and weight loss mechanisms.

Combined with a low-calorie diet, HCG treatments allow users to experience rapid weight loss, averaging 1-2lbs a day of unwanted fat. The HCG injection increases metabolism for faster fat burning.

HEALING
PRP

Platelet-Rich Plasma can give your hair the healthiest scalp from which to grow, improving the strands’ thickness and texture, and boosting the environment in which follicles thrive.

PRP stands for Platelet-Rich Plasma, a component of blood that can be extracted and used for many treatments, including hair loss prevention and regrowth. Think of your scalp like a fertile field. The better the soil, the more robust the plants are which grow from it. When your scalp is healthy, has good blood circulation, and the tissues are well-nourished, your hair has the best possible environment in which to thrive. PRP can bring back scalp and hair follicle health.

If you experience an injury, platelets release growth factors that stimulate tissue repair and accelerate healing.

PRFM

PRFM is the next generation PRP. PRFM takes the power of platelets and adds a scaffolding to preserve and protect the platelets. When mixed with just the right amount of calcium chloride, PRP is converted to a fibrin matrix. This fibrin matrix creates a three-dimensional scaffold to maintain the platelets at the site of application and allows for sustained growth factor release. Studies have shown that platelet growth factors are released for up to seven days, supporting collagen production and increased blood supply, which results in overall skin improvements.

Each of us has some degree of skin damage, whether it is from sun exposure, the natural decline of collagen production, personal habits, stress, or other factors. By the same token, all of us could use the skin boosting/healing properties of PRFM.

PRFM can be used to return volume to faces that are beginning to look drawn due to volume loss. It will plump out cheek indentations, soften under eye hollows, and improve the skin tone, tightness, and texture. It is also effective for addressing fine lines, discoloration, acne scars, and stretch marks.

Because PRFM uses your own blood as its base, reactions are non-existent, making PRFM procedures ultimately safe and easy.
